Coach told me not to run today because I was feeling some joint pain. My knees felt stiff, and my hip has been killing me for the past few days. It feels like my IT band. Tonight I’m going to do some strength training and work on strengthening my hip muscles, because I feel like that’s a big part of my problem when it comes to all my leg pain.
