27 08 2008I did the last mile in 7:21. I had a much faster pace on this run, but I did stop to walk for 2:.5 minutes, so that brought my overall pace up a lot.

That’s a fast pace. Sounds like you are healed up and doing well.
I am totally set on doing a run/walk style. My recovery is faster and I found my time can be fast too. Just knowing that I have a minute walk coming up can help me maintain a fast pace…
I just had to lose that ego-centered thought that I have to run and not walk to “run” a race.
